First Visit
Your first visit is to find out
how we can best serve you. We will take the
time to find out what your concerns and desires
are regarding your dental health. Our professional
staff is committed to providing you with comprehensive
dental care.
To assist you during your first
visit, our Treatment Coordinator will introduce
you to our office and assist in obtaining the
necessary dental records.
During your comprehensive exam
we will:
- Obtain necessary radiographs and photographs
- Perform an oral cancer screening
- Perform a periodontal exam
- Examine your bite and jaw function
- Record your current dental condition
- Formulate a comprehensive treatment plan
- Provide a professional dental cleaning
(if appropriate)
- Review findings and treatment recommendations
